by refurbishing the staff and stable building of a derelict farm, appartements and seminar rooms have been created.

the local job centre and the inbit training provider accommodate up to 18 long-term unemployed with addiction problems in the building. trained by older craftsmen they develop new skills and confidence by rebuilding the derelict ensemble together. this is a long-term project regenerating the village while also improving prospects of both disadvantaged and older workers.

the ensemble is heated with co2-neutral tree cuttings from local orchards. the drying store for the chips is to be established in a derelict barn on the farm.
