in november 2009 tagebau architekten + designer handed over two construction phases with a total of 92 rented appartments in potsdam. the appartments are designed and built to outperform current german energy conservations standards by more than 25%. tagebau architekten + designer had produced the complete detail design for these buildings for contractor gp hochbau gmbh in halle. during construction tagebau were responsible for compliance with building control requirement.
