tagebau hand over appartment buildings in Potsdam

In November 2009 tagebau architekten + designer handed over two construction phases with a total of 92 rented appartments in Potsdam. The appartments are designed and built to outperform current German energy conservations standards by more than 25%. tagebau architekten + designer had produced the complete detail design for these buildings for contractor GP Hochbau GmbH in Halle. During construction tagebau were responsible for compliance with building control requirement.
