centre for the aged, klötze

the centre is placed in the convenient centre of the small town klötze north of magdeburg.
in a renovated school building and a newly built appartment block, a wide variety of facilities for the aged is on offer. independent flats as well as both ambulant as well as permanent care facilities can be offered. the main block can be provided with communal spaces to allow the inhabitants to cater for themselves communally and with the help of a carer.
bungalows with wheelchair access close the garden of the centre off and provide yet another form of independent, but sheltered housing.
