House in Wandlitz

For a private client tagebau developed a number of differing designs for a site in a rural holiday settlement.

The aim was to design a contemporary building in a classical holiday home settlement that over the years had developed into a desirable location for permanent residences. The surrounding properties had been extended and upgraded to allow for permanent and comfortable habitation.

The house was not only to provide generous internal space for a limited budget, but also seemlessly integrate the exterior into the house. Due to the narrowness of the site the building also needed to provide a high degree of privacy against the neighbouring properties.
